The last time math rocks fell, the Tempests finally departed from the country of Takatari to continue their round-about tour the world. The next stop on their journey was the port city of Ariminum in the country of Romana where they could purchase passage across the Alboran Sea. Before they could make it to the Romanan capitol, their chartered airship was attacked by an adult blue dragon. The blue beast seemed intent on bringing down the vessel, but was thwarted by the relentless attacks from the Tempests. Though the dragon was defeated, it wasn't without cost; not only physical, but mental as well. Pez was rather shaken up by the encounter, wishing for nothing more than to plant his feet firmly on the ground again. Kasumi also had a brief scuffle with gravity, but managed to save herself from plummeting to a rocky death. And Lakin gave an in depth review of dragons and their kind!
The airship limped into port and settled in a drydock for repairs. Unable to unload Cassie for fear of toppling the ship, the captain urged the Tempests to rest and enjoy the city for the day while repairs were made and everything was unloaded.
We rejoin the Tempests now as the city of Ariminum lies before them and the Alboran Sea, and their next destination, is at their backs.
