Today’s guest is Matthew Reynolds. He was a teacher in secondary education for 15 years, where he earned various prestigious awards for the way he was able to reach minds and change hearts. He has over 35 years of experience as a performer and instructor in the theater arts and dance. Matthew also helped create the Crater Renaissance Academy of Arts & Sciences in Southern Oregon. He now finds himself advocating for equity and has recently released a book on leading your fullest and brightest life.
We also discuss leading with humanity, the importance of community, and what it means to have a sense of true belonging.
