Description

As we approach our next Awakening Silent Retreat in April, we are repurposing one of our favourite episodes about Awakening.

Inspired by an email we received a few months ago that draws attention to how the word ‘awakening’ can be a very confusing topic for some people. Ava talks about the process behind Awakening and the importance of having a clear and simple explanation of exactly what it is, how the awakening techniques work and what you can expect along the way.

Ava encourages us to use our own discernment and create our own framework so we are not completely abnegating our thinking to a system or teachings outside of us.
