I wanted to talk to Seth because he's a dad who does it all. In addition to managing two successful businesses, he is married and has 3 kids. I was curious about how he integrates his demanding work schedule with his awesome family. I know Seth well as a fellow lawyer in the Washington DC area legal community.
We talk about work-life harmony vs. work-life balance, being an entrepreneur, and the need to be "intentional" with your family life.
