Deliver Us
Evil can seem like a foreign concept to many of us. We think our lives are great, and that the difficult or inconvenient things are just coincidences. The truth is, there is an enemy who wants nothing more than to see us fall. But Jesus provides us with hope. We have the power in our lives to resist the evil one, in Jesus' name. We don't have to live as slaves to fear, addiction, shame, and pain. Yes, we will face temptations and struggles in our lives. But as we pray "deliver us from evil," Jesus will fill us with strength and power to live each day.
