Description

Single leg training involves placing one foot on a block or away from the pedals and (for our discussion) completing VO2max intervals with the other leg. Jason presents four studies on this topic and our hosts debate the efficacy of the training method.

Show Notes:

The protocol used in the second study ("Single-leg cycle training...") is the one recommended if you would like to try single leg training yourself. Don't worry about the counterweight.
