Jeff started his career as a designer working with the first companies to use the internet as a new communication, sales and service channel. He now works as a coach, consultant and keynote speaker helping companies bridge the gaps between business agility, digital transformation, product management and human-centred design.
Most recently Jeff co-founded Sense & Respond Press, a publishing house for practical business books for busy executives. His most recent book, Forever Employable, was published in June 2020. He has also written Lean vs Agile vs Design Thinking.
Jeff shared this great insight with me on the show: "If I could figure out how to reclaim control over my career so instead of me pushing myself out into the market, if I could create a situation where I am attracting, I'm pulling opportunities towards me, well that would guarantee that no matter what came my way, whether I was 35 or 40 or 45 or whatever there was always an inbound stream of opportunities".
