About Our Guest

Shelly Bhowmik, MD MPH is the founder of Platform Wellness and creator of the ReST burnout prevention method. She empowers women of color to enjoy professional growth and success without having to sacrifice personal health and wellbeing. Dr. Bhowmik is a double board-certified physician specializing in Preventive Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine who earned her medical degree from George Washington University and completed her residency training at Johns Hopkins University.
