Now, you’ve probably heard of the gut-brain connection, but do you actually know what that means?


To give you a super simple example, let’s do a little experiment. Think of vinegar - let’s think of raw apple cider vinegar to make it even more specific - think of the color, the smell, the temperature and the taste…


You might not be anywhere NEAR vinegar… but… you’re probably starting to salivate - even just a bit, right?


So, this is just ONE example of how connected our brain and gut are.
