Today I am interviewing Joseph Saheb Youssef who is the Director of sales & marketing of CreateTheEdge, their mission is to help individuals and their businesses create an edge for themselves or their business.

We had a conversation on why people matter to an organisation, and that leaders need to be more cognitive of people and development of their personal brand. We focused on leaders who need to be empathetic and lead with the heart, be open and transparent in how they lead, and being truly a people person.
