We are all brave... We are.
“Just be brave” is something we either tell ourselves or a well-meaning adult tells us at some point along our road. Sometimes it lands well and we step more and more into “that brave girl” identity as we grow.
And, sometimes it can set us back a bit. I am more of a both/and girl, so there are days I feel brave and know it. And there are others where I don’t feel it at all, or not so much, and doubt it. And then there is the messy middle.
