For her job, Tania is the Training & Strategy Coordinator at Be The Bridge a non-profit org that does some great work in the racial equity space. In her spare time she is putting in work for social justice advocacy, but recharges in nature, with friends, or enjoying a great book
In our conversation, we talk about her big move to the West coast a few years back, finding and cultivating a community in the middle of a pandemic, and the passion behind her advocacy work.
