After 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, including a rise to team leader as a Force Recon Scout Sniper, a foot injury, a well-placed neighbor, and the right timing led to Josh Mickles becoming a college baseball coach. He's the Director of Player Development and Mental Skills Coach for the University of San Diego's baseball team, and in this conversation he shares some phenomenal ideas you can implement right away in any program of any sport.
