Recipe for Bantha Milk (Blue Milk):

Ingredients: 

• ½ cup Rice Milk
• ½ cup Coconut milk
• 2 tbsp Cream of coconut
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 cup Watermelon juice
• ¾ cup Pineapple juice
• 2 tbsp Lime juice
• ½ tsp Dragon-fruit flavouring
• Blue food colouring (Spirulina)
• Optional: White rum

Preparation:

• First, make the Milk Base by mixing: Rice Milk, Coconut Milk, Cream of Coconut, Sugar, then store chilled
• Second, make the blue flavour syrup by mixing: Watermelon juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Dragon Fruit Flavouring, Blue Food Colouring, then store frozen

How to serve:

• Add 1 serving of liquid milk base and frozen flavour syrup in a blender; blend until smooth, thick slush and serve immediately
• For alcoholic version: Add 2 shots of White Rum to 1 serving of Blue Milk
