Description

As a beautiful way to lay a context for how we all uniquely care for ourselves, in this episode we will explore what it means to care for our “whole” self. Our whole self is comprised of 4 bodies or 4 aspects of self - physical (physical body and reality), emotional (feelings, and stored emotional memories) mental (mind, thoughts and beliefs) and spiritual (connection to all that is and higher self). Each of these aspects or bodies are fully present in every moment, co-creating our human experience and are communicating with us and through us all the time. In this episode we explore these aspects of ourself and ways to get to know them in a deeper and more meaningful way so that they can authentically serve as our companion and guide in this lifetime.
