Mary Beth shares evidence backed research that a whole food diet is essential for good mental health.  She explains the four fundamental emotions- mad, sad, glad and scared and specifies different foods that can manage or support these emotional states.


She also talks about PING: pleasure, inflammation, nutrition and gut microbiome and how each affects our mental health.  She shares studies from the new field of nutritional psychology along with food suggestions, the importance of a communal eating experience and a 30 day kick off plan.
