Would you consider yourself a People Scientist? When we think about HR and how the profession has changed over the last ten years, the science behind how people think and feel about work has become a huge priority for us in HR.

 

This week I am happy to magnify Kevin Campbell's voice, an Employee Experience  Scientist with Qualtrics in the USA. Kevin shares his origin story, why he believes that the science behind what makes people happy at work matters, and why HR professionals should be more involved in people numbers.

 

Kevin helps organizations acquire, develop and retain their most valuable asset: their people. Kevin also helps people manage an aspect of their lives that plays a crucial role in their happiness: their work. He's spent the last decade of his career building leaders at every level and creating scores of engaged, high-performing, strengths-based teams.
