As we continue our Mexico Pitmaster Series, In this episode I chat with my good friends Fernando Vela and Eugenio Lehman of Old Jimmy's Barbecue in Monterrey Nuevo Leon Mexico. Old Jimmy's has been around for a long time, they just celebrated their 10th year anniversary earlier this year and there are no signs of slowing down.
