Description

In this chapter of RESET we hear the story of Hargobind Singh, a business developer that specializes in health and wellbeing. Born in an Irish-Jewish family that converted to Sikhism , our guest was later sent to a boarding school in India as a teenager , which left a deep impact on his mind and taught him a few valuable lessons : to appreciate his parents and develop a good relationship with them , how to be empathic with others , how to get comfortable being an outsider of society and how to recognize one's ambitions and develop the habits to achieve them . Now, as the owner of two yoga retreat centers (one in Mexico and one in the USA) with years of experience in his business and yoga practice, he presents a new book in which he explores the process of perfecting one's product and establishes a method to craft our own dharma. Instructions to craft each day, with a "gamble it all" philosophy state of mind.
