Matthew 4:18-25
As we look at Jesus's understanding of the Kingdom of God, we find that he sees healing as a big part of it. After being baptized and then tempted by Satan in the wilderness, he began to choose his disciples. Wherever they went, Jesus brought healing to people as a manifestation of the Kingdom. We should continue his ministry of healing by praying for those in need.
