As we come to the conclusion of 2024, I wanted to record a new episode for you where I share my top lessons in a year in review. For many, this was a tough year.  I am grateful to say that this was  a year that met my expectations based on my theme of the year – SURRENDER.  Although there were some highs and some lows, I remain fully convinced that I am living in my purpose doing work that changes lives.  And I am grateful.
