Polly is a Mum to three teenagers living on a smallholding in Cornwall. She is a Stay Sober Empowerment Coach with nearly three years sobriety under her belt. She successfully facilitates women to evolve with confidence into the life and the version they want to be easily, with energy and empowerment embracing all your sober life has to offer!
Polly enables Alcohol-Free women to eliminate shame and guilt to discover their authentic self so that they can learn to take control of their life and start being who they want to be. You gain clarity, freedom and peace. She teaches you how to love what was never broken all along. When she is not coaching, she is out walking bare feet on her local beach with her dogs or riding her horse.
