Description

Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin appointed several new allies to the Kentucky Board of Education last week -- a board that subsequently pushed out Education Commissioner Stephen Pruitt. Host Don Wilkins discusses Pruitt's abrupt resignation and the charter school concept with Messenger-Inquirer education reporter Bobbie Hayse and Jim Waters, president and CEO of the Bluegrass Institue for Public Policy Solutions.
