This week on Inside Quotes, we're taking on Mission to Mars (2000), the giant-budget Disney space movie that neither of us got to experience a kids. Jonathan wanted to see it after seeing the trailer and spotting Gary Sinise, but Mom checked the movie on ScreenIt and said NOPE. Twenty-six years later, we finally found out what she was protecting us from.
We're also digging into the bizarre history of the Mission to Mars Disney attraction, figuring out how a theme park simulator became a feature film, and trying to understand why Disney made a movie about a ride that had already closed years earlier.
