I used to be anxious so often, that walking around with anxiety became a part of me. Back then, I never thought I'd be free of it. At one stage my anxiety got so bad, I started to have panic attacks.

 

I realise now that this is no way to live, but back then I used to do things to try to run away from how I felt. I would comfort eat, or clean the house, or surround myself with busyness. I didn’t like sitting still back then.

 

It’s been a really interesting journey over the last couple of years and one that I wanted to share with you in this episode.
