Each element must be influencer unique, relevant and compelling if it is to act as a key driver of engagement and retention for successful outcomes.

            Animating, Quickening, and Exalting Influence

V is for Vision

            Vivid, Imaginative Conception, and Mental Picture

E is for Experience

            Personally Encounter, Practical Wisdom, and Learning
