Description

In this episode of Front Runner Podcast, in this series from his live show Beautifully Imperfect, Isaiah shares his spoken word piece “Come to the Altar.” Rooted in 2 Corinthians 4:7–10, this poem reminds us that though we are jars of clay—fragile, flawed, and often broken—we carry within us the surpassing treasure of Jesus Christ. In a world that leaves us afflicted, perplexed, and struck down, the altar is where we bring our pain, our imperfections, and our questions, and discover that we are never crushed, never abandoned, and never destroyed. This piece is both an invitation and a reminder: the altar is not the end, it is the beginning of hope.
