In this Monday Minute, we’re talking about something many of us struggle to believe: rest is productive.
We live like everything depends on us — like if we stop moving, stop fixing, stop carrying, stop planning, then everything might fall apart. But Psalm 46:10 reminds us, “Be still, and know that I am God.”
Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is slow down long enough to remember who is actually in control.
Rest is not laziness. Stillness is not failure. Pausing does not mean you are falling behind.
You do not have to carry everything today. You do not have to solve everything today. You do not have to hold the whole world together with tired hands.
God is already carrying you.
So take a breath. Be still. Let yourself remember: He is God, and you are loved. 💛
Come back Friday for a full episode, and remember, when we're together, it'll always be fun!
