Case as cold as Snow
By Brad Hunter, Toronto Sun

Angelien Quesnelle was murdered in 1991 and, for 34 years, her family has lived without answers. OPP investigators have never stopped searching for her killer, relentless in their pursuit of the truth. On Monday, the OPP announced that they had arrested and charged suspected serial killer, David Snow in the long-unsolved cold case murder in the Bancroft area.

Because every case deserves answers—and every victim deserves justice.
