This Swedish film spoken primarily in English won Östlund his second Palme d’Or and is a social satire on wealth, classism, beauty obsession, and political ideology. Co-starring Woody Harrelson as the alcoholic Marxist captain of a luxury yacht, be prepared to see the most gutturally disturbing dinner scene since Stand By Me… maybe worse.
