Teetotal Initiative's mission is to help individuals to sustain sobriety.  Founded in 2023, our goal is to enhance quality of life and support relapse prevention through free events, activities, and high-quality programming.

We discuss community, relapse prevention, inclusive programming (yoga, cooking, sound healing, choir), the organization’s rapid growth, and ways listeners can find support and connection.
