My guest this week is The Office Doula, as she calls herself on Instagram, Molly Smith. Molly is a mama with a job in Corporate America, who explains how she juggles both lives: the 9-5pm Career Leader and Mama.
She candidly explains how this experience was extremely stressful and challenging, as she continued to pump running between meetings. I loved our conversation, as it allowed a little insight into the life of a corporate mama.
She has also created an Instagram platform where she shares hilarious and raw photos of life behind the scenes of a corporate mama- pumping at work, spilling milk, experiencing postpartum and more.
