Description

After a great weekend with family, my focus this week is getting back to the basics.  Getting back to the things I know I need to do to make me feel the way I want to feel. 

As I reflect back on this, it's amazing how much of my sense of happiness and fulfillment can be traced back to just a few habits that I've incorporated into my life over the years.
