Crunchyroll stealth dropped their nominees for the 2023 Anime Awards praying that the JoyBoys wouldn’t notice. You thought Bocchi the Rock and Chainsaw Man were the best anime of 2022? Too bad! Attack on Titan is blatantly being set up to sweep just before its new season premieres and the boys ain’t having it. They’ll be judging this year’s oddly curated list of nominees and speculating on the winners (that aren’t Attack on Titan).
