8 or higher first perplex better than second prob
10 or higher outwit reflexs/esd otherwise outwit rollout, for 50/50 roll out just outwit the rollout
Opposing probs and your probs don't cancel out, but generally opposing probs amplify the effect of the extra perplex as well so the takeaways stay similar
