A longtime radio voice and track announcer at Sayre Speedway and Birmingham International Raceway, Don also served as Head of Marketing for the Texaco Havoline NASCAR team alongside the legendary Davey Allison. He later brought that same winning mindset to baseball as a marketing force behind the Birmingham Barons.
