Angelika Mazur is a mindset coach, People & Culture leader, and author who is passionate about helping others break free from old patterns and step into their highest selves. After more than a decade leading global HR strategy across startups, high-growth companies, and Fortune 500 firms—including consulting with Accenture and Deloitte—Angelika realized her deepest calling was guiding transformation not only at the organizational level but also within individuals.
Her coaching is rooted in self-worth, healing, and mindset shifts. She works with clients to uncover and release limiting beliefs, helping them reframe their stories and create lives filled with confidence, fulfillment, and purpose. Drawing on both her professional expertise in organizational development and her personal journey of resilience, she offers a unique blend of strategic insight and deeply human connection.
Angelika is also the author of Yogi and Rodbert’s Big Adventure Out West, a children’s book inspired by her dogs and her belief in the power of storytelling to spark joy and change. A portion of proceeds goes to animal rescue organizations, reflecting her advocacy for animal welfare.
