Ian found faith as a teenager and quickly rose in church leadership, particularly in youth ministry, eventually leading the National Youth Department for the Assemblies of God in Great Britain for 10 years. He later founded Youth Ministries International, which evolved into Next Level International.
Now he is part of Kingdomize Global, helping churches, NGO's and other organisations focus on community transformation.
