Developing a creative work culture, in this episode we will discuss how to create a creative and innovative work environment. What is creativity? Creativity is the process of taking two or more concepts and ideas and developing a new solution to an old question or problem. A recent survey of over 1600 CEOs from around the world found that 60% of CEOs agree that creativity will be the key to success in the future. Organizations today need to create work environment conducive to creativity. Some organizations have created rooms and open area spaces with large dry erase boards toys and bean bags chairs where employees can let their minds roam. The biggest obstacle to creativity is “Management”.
