Life coaching is a growing industry.
Within the remit we have all kinds of 'sub-domains' including business, relationships, confidence, productivity, money and so much more.
The industry is a fascinating landscape and as someone who has been a practitioner for over 7 years now, and as someone who actively mentors other coaches, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly...And have a pretty strong outlook on this.
I want more coaches to succeed. But there are a few factors that will determine that success and I will share some of the key opportunities and risks in this episode.
This episode gets very passionate at times. This is my world, I am here to stay, it's not a game for me and so i want to spread practical and empowering advice because the world needs more coaches.
