After chatting with Hannah Jane Thompson in Episode 106 (How To Breathe Like A Badass), I was inspired to put forward a free meditation for listeners to be able to put her advice of meditating daily into practice. 

This meditation is simple and focuses on a safety mantra that can help with feeling present and grounded.
