From the 2023 Sydney Theatre Awards, I was thrilled to speak to Vidya Makan. Her debut musical, The Lucky Country [Hayes Theatre] was nominated for 'Best Ensemble'. Makan composed the music and lyrics. We discuss further plans of her musical and her return to star as Catherine Parr in the Australian production of SIX the musical. Enjoy!
