I share 6 ideas that you can use to help you when you are feeling just sort of blah, down in the dumps and have no idea why or there just does not seem to be any reason for you to be feeling that way.

All of these ideas I have tried, and they have literally changed my life. They are my go to's when I need a fast way to boost my blues mood and I have found for me they ended up serving as confident booster as well.

They in my opinion bring fun and joy to life. Though I will say, it may take you giving yourself permission to just have fun, to just let go and smile and to be silly.
