Do you want to strengthen your rotator cuff? Often the muscles of the rotator cuff are weak in hygienists which will only affect their job, it can lead to injury. The shoulder joint has the most range of motion out of any of our joints-so we must make sure to protect it! By making sure we have mobility and range of motion, we can work on having healthy shoulders. If you have shoulder pain or feel like your shoulders are stuck or tight, listen in!
