While fixing your imbalances and building muscle is key to having a strong healthy body, there is more to it. We can build muscle all day but if we don’t have MOBILITY, we don’t have a strong foundation. Having good mobility equals healthy joints which is the foundation for everything. So by having good mobility, we have an optimal range of motion which allows us to recruit more muscle fibers during our workouts which allows us to build more muscle. Win win.
