Description

Welcome to The Lighthouse Collective podcast series, Keep Shining with Stuart MacMillan. In this special solo episode for September, Stuart explores the powerful connection between learning, personal development, and legacy. With honesty and vulnerability, he reflects on how his own motivations for pursuing knowledge and leadership were once focused on recognition, and how that perspective changed as he discovered that true leadership is about pouring into people's lives and leaving a lasting legacy. Through stories and lessons from John Maxwell, Stuart challenges us to keep learning, share what we learn with others, and focus less on creating our resume and more on influencing our eulogy.

What you will hear
