The Chronicles of Hope CIC, a charitable organisation supporting young adults who have a parent diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Inspired by her daughters, Heather (24) and Elfie (21), who are the inspiration for the charity. Annie is on a mission to make sure no one feels alone in the unimaginable.
