We are in a world of pointing fingers, "It wasn't my fault, it was so and so's". The reality is you are the one at fault. Everything, outside of the uncontrollable, is your fault. As a landscaper, if you see there is rain in the forecast and you don't pull some lawns on the schedule early, or add some to the end of the week to balance the schedule you will have some very upset clients and you are to blame. Not communicating to the client is your fault. Not sending out that estimate in a timely fashion, is your fault. If you take accountability, it triggers something in your brain to fix it and make it better. Take some accountability today.
