How do you connect with your intuition? Do others connect with their intuition? How do you talk about what you cannot see? How do you talk to others about psychic abilities? How can you tell when someone is open to the unseen? How do we normalize spirituality? 

Ideally, we would all be able to enter into any space with any person and be able to have an open conversation while feeling safe and accepted. However, because each person is on their own path and in a different place in their spiritual journey, not everyone will be ready to hear about or discuss spirituality without becoming defensive or rooted in judgment. 

In this episode of Love Always, Self, Karista & Shyra discuss how to create an atmosphere that normalizes discussing spiritual growth and connecting with unseen things, like intuition or spiritual guides. Like all things, this practice starts by looking within and creating that safe internal space to be you. 

• Evaluate your judgment of your spiritual growth. Have you accepted your ability to connect?

• Ask yourself what is the story you’re telling yourself? Are you speaking negatively about yourself to yourself? How can you alter your story to emphasize self-love, self-worth, and self-confidence?
• How can you adjust your state of being to accept others where they are at and be open to someone surprising you with their curiosity?
• Do you need to release the judgment of others and maintain your own sense of curiosity in this mission of discovery?
• How can you do a “heat check” in a conversation?
