I take the time to analyze the Katmai National Park Techincal Board of Investigations Case study 03-109, aka the Grizzly Man incident. It’s a story of how a man who loved Grizzly Bears and lived with them during the summer seasons for 13 years in Katmai National Park ended up getting mauled and eaten along with his girlfriend at the time. It’s a story of tragedy and delusion in which any person who falls in love with wildlife should be aware of and also learn from.
